Nice to meet you! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, former gym owner, award-winning interior designer, and lifter of heavy things. I currently train out of Austin, TX! I’m here to get you stronger and help you build better habits, one step at a time!

Finding Sarah’s nutrition coaching was a game-changer. I have been working out for years; alone, with a trainer, group classes, etc. I love working out, but needing the knowledge, support, and empowerment from a nutrition coach. Knowing Sarah for a couple years and having her historically as a personal trainer, made me confident to reach out and get the nutrition coaching services that I never knew I needed! Sarah is non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging, funny, and easy to talk to.
